Common symptoms

✓ Stiffness turning or tilting your head

✓ Aching across the top of your shoulders

✓ Headaches that start at the base of the skull

✓ Pain that builds through a workday

How we treat it

We look at how your neck, upper back and shoulders move together, and at your work and sleep setup. Early visits usually combine hands-on care with gentle mobility work.

Next we build endurance in the muscles that support your neck so it handles long days better. Your plan may differ based on your evaluation.

General information, not a diagnosis

Every plan starts with an evaluation. Your clinician will explain what they find and adjust the approach to you.

Patient stories

From people with this condition

“My tension headaches are far less frequent. Priya’s desk-setup tips and a five-minute routine made a real difference.”
