Who we are
Kinetic Ridge Physio & Chiro (“Kinetic Ridge,” “we”) runs physical therapy and chiropractic clinics in the Denver area. This policy explains how we handle information you share through this website. It doesn’t replace the Notice of Privacy Practices we give patients under HIPAA.
Information we collect
When you request a call back, send a message or book online, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email, preferred clinic, the general reason for your visit, your insurance provider and the days that suit you. We also collect basic technical data, such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location based on your IP address.
Please don’t send detailed medical information through website forms. We collect your health history securely through our intake system after you book.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request, schedule and confirm appointments, check insurance benefits you ask us to check, and improve this website. We don’t sell your personal information.
Booking tools and other services
Online booking may be provided by a scheduling partner. When you use it, that partner’s privacy policy also applies. This website is hosted by Framer, and we may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use the site.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the site and to measure visits in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected.
How long we keep information
We keep website inquiries only as long as we need them to respond and for normal business records, then delete them. Patient records are kept as long as the law requires.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent through this website. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights.
Children
This website isn’t directed to children under 13. Parents or guardians book care for minors.
