Common symptoms

✓ Pinching at the front of the hip or in the groin

✓ Pain with deep squats or sitting low

✓ Stiffness rotating the hip

✓ Aching after long drives or runs

How we treat it

We look at how your hip, pelvis and low back share the load. Treatment combines hands-on care for stiffness with strength work for the hip and trunk.

We also adjust positions you use often, like how deep you squat, while your hip settles. Your plan may differ based on your evaluation.

General information, not a diagnosis

Every plan starts with an evaluation. Your clinician will explain what they find and adjust the approach to you.

Patient stories

From people with this condition

“Clear plan, honest timeline and no upselling. My hip feels better than it has in years, and I know what to do if it flares.”
