Blood flow restriction training

Low-load strength training with a monitored cuff, useful when heavy lifting isn’t an option yet, like after surgery.

What it is

Blood flow restriction (BFR) training uses a monitored cuff on the upper arm or thigh while you do light exercises. It can help build strength with much lighter weights than usual.

We screen every patient before using BFR and only use clinical-grade equipment. It isn’t right for everyone, and your clinician will explain whether it suits you.

Benefits

✓ Strength work with lighter loads

✓ Helpful early after surgery or injury

✓ Screened and monitored by your clinician

Is it right for you?
