A lot of people put off physical therapy because they don’t know what to expect. Here’s what your first visit looks like at our clinics (sample process).

Before you arrive

We check your insurance or share self-pay pricing, then send short intake forms through a secure link. Wear clothes you can move in.

During the visit

✓ A conversation about your pain, your goals and what you’ve tried

✓ Movement, strength and mobility tests

✓ Hands-on treatment or exercise if it’s appropriate that day

✓ A clear explanation of what we found, in plain language

What you leave with

A written plan with goals, an expected number of visits (as a range, not a promise) and two or three home exercises to start right away.
